Good location. Breakfast included at a price that others charge for just a room.
Pension is run down. Noisy pipes in the building. My room had a door frame that had obviously been forced open with a crowbar, but never repaired. The cracks in the door created a cold draft in the room.
My wing of the building was only accessible with a narrow staircase. The elevator was useless. Turned off at night, and only stopped between floors — you need to walk up or down a floor to get to the floor you wanted. Breakfast was simple, but the coffee was good.

The location is amazing - close to Charlottenburg station and Wilmersdorfer Straße U-Bahn.
The breakfast is basic but very generous.
My single room with ensuite bathroom was basic but clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything I needed.
It is easy to miss the entrance.
I would have liked a kettle and mug in the room - but probably could have asked for this.
