Hotel Spreewitz am Kurfürstendamm

Location was the best. We took deluxe apartment of two rooms and both rooms were spacious and well-lit. They also have dedicated parking and access to which needs to be understood from the reception but getting a parking spot in this location is really important

Everything was great except the tap in the kitchen sink was funny- you need to turn on the hot water first before you could get cold water. Also dishwasher was not working the first time but they sent the Hausmiester on the following day to get it checked

The elevator was not working

The room was very clean and I enjoyed the breakfast

The property is located in a fairly safe neighborhood full of restaurants and bars. It’s close to the subway station and the city center. It was fairly clean.

No space to eat meals together with the children (a family of 4), poor room layout, small and poorly equipped kitchen (there weren't even glasses, frying pans, etc.). No living room, no sofa to sit together as a family, no internet in one of the rooms, no internet on the TV (meaning no Netflix, YouTube, etc. on the TV—strange in the 21st century). This is not a place for families who want to spend time together, but rather for two people or two couples. The staff was not very friendly.
