Inexpensive, well located, firm bed. For the size of the room, the shower was surprisingly large.
Very tiny room. Elevator only goes to half floors — you have to walk up or down half a staircase to get to your floor.

Location. Directly opposite S9 Charlottenburg Train Station. Several goceries, eateries within 500 meters. Supermarkets open upto 10pm within 509 meters
Only one socket in my room was working.

The location was 1/2 block from a train line that went quickly to Berlin Haupfbaunhoff. There were lots of restaurants nearby.. The neighborhood seemed safe. The front desk staff was helpful if not terribly friendly. The room was clean and good size with adequate storage. The building is old. The room was rather chilly- I was OK with a shawl over my nightgown but my husband was cold. The shower was hot. Lighting was good in the room. Bed was comfortable. There was a cleaning service at no additional charge.
The breakfast was very monotonous- we ended up eating out at a great cafe around the corner. There is a hall way from the lobby to the lift that has a motion detector that doesn't light the lights for most of the hallway- difficult at night. The place is old and rather drab.
