Bed is amazing

I was very disappointed with my stay. The reception staff was kinda rude, and the restaurant servers lied to me for two days. I asked for decaf coffee, and only on the third day did a different waiter tell me that decaf was not even available. This makes me wonder—what exactly was I being served on the previous days? In addition, the bathroom was extremely small, the rooms felt more like a low-quality motel, and the TV had three porn channels, which I found completely inappropriate. Overall, this experience was unacceptable.

Nice hotel but offers 2 different types of rooms in the same bldg causing disturbance

The hotel is nice considering the area where it's located.

It seems to have 2 entrances one is for the hotel itself for regular guests but there is another one for a so-called love hotel which really is a motel but the rooms for both are in the same building and due to that, 2 nights were awful, there were couples staying in the other rooms adjacent to ours that were very noisy (loud adult movie like noises came from these rooms all night)

Location is horrible. It has nothing to do with Santa Fe area. I stayed 1 h in a room, found another hotel and left. Street looks very unsafe and I didn't feel safe leaving the hotel walking. I told receptionist but I was never offered any refund.
