H10 Urquinaona Plaza

Fabulous stay at H10 U Plaza. Just around the corner from the airport bus stops at Placa Cataluna. East to get everywhere and a bus or metro too. Hotel super clean, beds very comfortable and good sized room. A luxury treat to have rituals toiletries and robes and slippers. Staff were all welcoming, smiley and friendly helping out with directions and cases. A lovely surprise was a welcome drink in the foyer of Prosecco, apple juice or water each day and candied sweets. Thank you for everything.

It wasn’t a dislike but I was surprised that the bedroom bins did not have a separate recycle bin.

We loved the view from our room onto the street below. It gave a lovely feel and picture of Barcelona.

The location was great for us as we were close to all the lovely shops in Barcelona. We had a lovely quiet room with a terrace which we sat out on quite often. The staff were very helpful.

In the main area of the unit there wasn’t much room to put things. We were pleased to be offered an electric kettle but then struggled to find room to plug it in

Location is amazing. I love H10 brand in general! Dramatic entrance in a renovated historical building! Lovely staff! Nice view from rooftop!

Sad to say that this hotel is not accessible friendly. I love the dramatic staircase entrance but it does not welcome people who are disabled or elderly. Yes, there is a special side entrance that is accessible, but it is very unattractive & makes you feel like a 3rd class citizen. One should NOT have to feel “less welcome” if you happen to have an injury, wheelchair or elderly. Also there was no “close to elevator “ option for us because we booked the least expensive room. However I think accommodations could have been made for us to be closer than the furthest room from the elevator! Staff was very pleasant. I had such a great experience with H10 Madison & Cubik so I stayed loyal to H10 but the accessibility issue made me rethink the brand..
