We recently had the pleasure of staying at Violeta Boutique Hotel in Spain, and it was truly exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, with a beautiful boutique feel, stylish surroundings, and so many modern and vintage touches that made our stay feel special. The hospitality was outstanding, Barbara was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive without ever being overbearing. We were in Barcelona for my birthday, and Barbara went out of her way to help set up a surprise birthday celebration with Champagne, chocolate and cake. I truly appreciate that, it meant the world to me, my kids and husband. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, making it the perfect place to unwind after exploring the beautiful city. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return in a heartbeat. If you’re visiting Spain and looking for somewhere memorable, charming, and wonderfully welcoming, Violeta Boutique Hotel is an absolute gem. Highly, highly recommended!

I wish our stay was longer.

Bedroom was a good size.

The entrance to the building in which this hotel is situated reeks of drains. Bathroom quite dated and shower took five minutes to run hot. Aircon control in the reception area outside of the room. This place might impress youngsters who have only ever stayed in hostels, but boutique hotel it is not. By way of comparison, the same weekend my wife and daughters stayed up the road in Suite Centers for pretty much the same cost and it was far better.
