The cleanliness and location.
Elevator was down so it was a hassle bringing our luggages up and down the stairs.

Great location and nice large room. With small balcony. Very small hotel but staff very friendly and helpful
Room was lovely but did look a little ‘tired’ in places. But overall good for cost.

Modern facilities in an old building. Spotlessly clean. Large room with very comfortable bed and a couch/coffee table area. Huge bathroom! Cleaning service every day. Central location with lots of facilities nearby (including a laundromat). We were very happy with it.

Bedroom was a good size.
The entrance to the building in which this hotel is situated reeks of drains. Bathroom quite dated and shower took five minutes to run hot. Aircon control in the reception area outside of the room. This place might impress youngsters who have only ever stayed in hostels, but boutique hotel it is not. By way of comparison, the same weekend my wife and daughters stayed up the road in Suite Centers for pretty much the same cost and it was far better.
