This is my second stay here, and once again I had a great experience. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the housekeeping staff changes the towels every day. Fresh croissants and fruit are available every morning. I would definitely recommend it!
If you're travelling for work or prefer a quiet stay, keep in mind that Gran Via is a busy street and can be noisy at all hours. The wooden windows are not fully soundproof, so you may hear some street noise.

There is no kettle in this room, hard to find Hot Water for drink!
