Convenient location just 15 minutes walk to the railway station and 10 minutes walk to the historic centre. There is a super lake across the road. The host was helpful and welcoming. The room was clean had a fridge and a modern en suite shower room.
The kitchen was shared and on the ground floor. Not a problem, but be aware that payment is only with cash. This was the same with many businesses in the town. They don’t accept card payment.

Clean, comfortable, own parking is very practical. The host is very friendly despite we did not have common language to speak fluently.
plastic bed linen, however it is common in this category of accommodations
