Easy access and onsite parking.
Small room, the bathroom extractor fan was leaking water. The breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant, and the choices are limited.

Good stopover point for a trip to Italy. Very clean, warm, and excellent value for money despite the small room size.

location - close to boarderline; it was warm in the room; there is common kitchen;
entrance to the parking which is very narrow; violation of personal data protection regulations as keys to the rooms were hanging out on reception doors under full names of people who made reservations(!)
