Amazing!

Great apartment for the travelers with kids. It will be also good for people with pets, but there were not much places to go out with a dog. The sea was great and with a sand. But beware, the season ends on 21th September for the most of the beaches. Grocery store is 5 minutes with a bike away. By the way you can rent a bike at the hotel for free. There is a restaurant with thai food as well. The hotel has a big parking and a big swimming pool with a territory for kids. Overall I have only good impressions! The owners were very sweet and helpful.

The location is perfect, really close to the sea, it has also the swimming pool. The staff is helpful. The parking space is always available, plus there is a charge station for electric cars.

The bed linen and the towels have not been changed for 7 days, also it was no cleaning service in our apartment. Maybe you need to ask additionally about it. For us it wasn't a big problem.

Excellent stay at the Residence Borgomare and would recommend without hesitation.

From the moment we arrived we were struck by the friendliness of the staff. Everything was clean from the apartment itself to the pool and grounds. There is a very relaxed feel to Residence Borgomare.

The mattresses could have been a bit more comfortable. The apartment was equiped for cooking, but with the bare minimum, with exactly four knives, forks, glasses etc. We were surprised there were no wine glasses.

tolle lage.

Personal ist unfreundlich. frühstück war 3 von 4 malen zu spät.. weder tisch noch buffet gedeckt um die vereinbahrte zeit... 15 minuten zu spät! keine früchte, geringe auswahl beim frühstück. Wir haben den baby stuhl jeden morgen selber an den tisch gestellt - personal schaut handyfilme in voller lautstärke während wir frühstückten... unterkunft: keine raumtrennung durch wände, unbequeme betten, keine küchenutensielien wie tuch, schwamm, seife.. keine liebe, freundlichkeit oder dankbarkeit... wir fühlten uns eher als belastung in der nebensaison weil jetzt halt allein für uns das frühstück noch zubereitet werden muss...

Es hat uns wirklich gut gefallen, so dass wir denken, später wieder dorthin zu fahren.

Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir ein Info- und Schlüsselmäppchen und ausserdem mündliche Erklärungen in Englisch für alles Wichtige. Später fragten wir noch gezielt nach (Internet, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) und erhielten die gewünschten Infos. Der Chef half uns auch beim Aufladen unseres Elektroautos. Als es deutlich kälter wurde, hat uns eine Reinigungsfachfrau noch zwei Wolldecken für die Betten gebracht. Das war sehr aufmerksam. Der Strand ist sehr nahe, nur über die Strasse und durch den Tunnel unter den Bahnschienen erreichbar. Die Lage ist ruhig, der Lärm der Bahn störte nicht, da sich das Schlafzimmer auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet.

Letní dovolená

Menší areál s apartmány, čistý bazén, restaurace, animační programy pro děti i dospělé, moře cca 5 minut chůze - hned za branou resortu, milý personál.

Okolí resortu je neudržované, všude dost odpadků. Apartmán je po rozložení patrové postele pro 4 osoby poměrně malý. Kuchyňský kout není úplně ideálně vybaven.

Nagyon kedves , segítőkész volt a recepciós úr. :) Nagyon jó, hogy van kerékpár amit lehet térítés mentesen használni. A gyermek program is jó volt , a medence is nagyon jó , a víz tiszta.

A nappaliban lévő ágy, nagyon ki van feküdve ezért kényelmetlen. :(

Schöne Anlage mit tollem Pool und an guter Lage

Schöne gepflegte Anlage mit tollem Pool. Die Lage fast direkt am Meer ist toll (Bahnlinie und kleine Strasse dazwischen). Ins Zentrum muss man ca. 20 min gehen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer hatte eine herrliche Terrasse, von der man direkt auf den Pool sah. Es gibt eine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Gaskochfeld. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt ein tolles Restaurant, in welchem insbesondere leckeres Thai-Essen serviert wird.

Vorweg: Wir waren in Italien noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung und vielleicht ist das dort üblich. In Nachbarländern haben wir es aber noch nie erlebt, dass in einer Wohnung so viele Gebrauchtgegenstände fehlten. Insbesondere fehlten uns WC Papier, Salz/Gewürze und Abwaschutensilien. Besser ausgestattet würden wir sofort 9 Punkte vergeben.

Fijne vakantieweek.

Mooi onderhouden residentie. Schoon, kleinschalig en veilig voor de kinderen. Eigenaren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fijne week gehad.

Het plaatsje Albenga is karakteristiek echter de dorpen rondom vonden we mooier en gezelliger. Deze waren goed te bereiken met auto en trein. Tussen de residentie en het strand loopt een treinspoor jammer voor het uitzicht.

Belle résidence très familiale, où nous avons passé un super séjour!

Résidence familiale et très agréable! Jolies chambres et belle piscine. Plage avec bar à 50m et tout peut être fait à pied! Personnel très sympathique et souriant.

La litterie est un peu trop moue (sauf lit super-posé très dur) et l’équipement dans la cuisine est minimale. La connexion wi-fi laisse à désirer également, mais en tout, on a passé un super séjour fantastique! 💝

Dejlig ferie med familien, hvor der har været ro til afslapning, badning og hygge.

Det var fedt at stedet lå så tæt på havet. Fin størrelse pool, hvor der ikke var alt for mange mennesker. Dejlig størrelse tagterrasse, hvor vi nød et glas vin og gode spil. Perfekt størrelse for stedet og der var roligt og familie venligt. Fin restaurant med pizza, pasta og thai mad. Vi nød at tage det som take away og spise maden på sin egen terrasse. Albenga var nem at komme til, hvor den gamle bydel var hyggelig at være i og god mad og is.

- der mangler meget køkkengrej - vi havde bestilt morgenmad, men den var kedelig og mangel på udvalg.

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Wir würden immer wiederkommen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Anlage ist nicht zu groß, es herrscht eine herzliche Atmosphäre. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Auto. Hierbei wurde uns super geholfen. Alle sind sehr Kinder- und Hundefreundlich. Es gibt einen sehr gepflegten Pool und das Meer ist direkt über der Straße. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichbar.

Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, piscina ok, ristorante thai consigliatissimo !

Colazione buona.. anche se mancavano i cereali... con lo yogurt almeno un cereale sarebbe stato molto gradito. Bagno cosi cosi.. non tanto x le dimensioni, ottime, ma una mini saponetta x 4 persone è un pò pochino x lavarsi mani, piedi, doccia, bidet.. 1 a testa, anche piccola, sarebbe stato il minimo. Manca anche un supporto nella doccia per appoggiare shampoo/doccia schiuma che ci eravamo portati da casa e qualche supporto in più (tipo un porta asciugamani con base a terra) per appoggiare i vari asciugamani (in 4 persone non sapevamo dove appenderli).. Un solo rotolo di carta igienica x 4 persone è un pò giustino... Pulizia OK

Bello e rilassante!

Ideale per le famiglie! Casette spaziose. Residence pulito. Parco giochi per bambini all’interno dove possono giocare sempre e divertirsi. 2 piscine: una per i più piccoli. Sempre tutto molto curato. Staff gentile e sempre disponibile. Ristorante Thai all’interno molto buono con alcuni piatti Italiani. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Mare vicino al residence.

Familien Urlaub

In 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Bahnhof. Man hat gute Zug Verbindungen in allen Richtungen. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer waren sauber und die Anlage war gepflegt. Parkplätze waren in der Anlage vorhanden. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.
