We loved this place. It feels like an authentic Italian stay. The room was filled with light. The people were lovely. The breakfast was great. They have a relationship with a local waterfront restaurant where you get 20% off, which was fantastic too! I would recommend it to anyone.
The bathrooms are slightly outdated, and could use upgrading, but it wasn’t a major at all. There wasn’t a mini fridge or kitchenette in the room we stayed in - that would have been a helpful addition.

Excellent position
Charming building with wooden floors and very high ceilings
Very helpful and friendsly staff, especially Daniela, who can supply plenty of info about Rapallo and surroundings

The staff were very kind and hospitable. They were happy to accommodate us and allowed baggage storage at the hotel. It was a very central location
The bedding wasn’t very comfortable, it would be better with a thicker blanket. The shower pressure was also very low.
