Highly recommended

A big room with a balcony, good-sized bathroom - very clean and comfortable. Daniele was very welcoming and gave us good advice about the area and what to do. The location is great - a short walk from the sea, and near some excellent restaurants that aren't as touristy as some of the ones on the front. We stayed for 2 nights and would definitely go back again.

The room was very clean and spacious and modern I had read some comments about noise from the passing trains but it was not bothersome. Our host very sweet and accommodating!!! Elevator was a relief!!! Fridge!!!

A little far from the centre but still you can walk there . My only problem generally with all Airbnbs is that they don't get cleaned during your stay.

A very clean room with new furniture and facilities, perfect location in a quiet street 15 minutes from the beach and the centre/ railway station. My sincere thanks to the host who was very friendly and helpful. For sure I will come back 😀.

Quiet, Comfortable and Clean

Really nice room, clean and very modern with a comfortable bed. The property is in a good location, with a Coop not even 5 mins away and lots of restaurants to eat at.

No negatives- only thing to mention is that you can hear the train pass by which is loud. However, it isn’t often and it didn’t bother me at all. be aware- this location isn’t the cheapest, restaurants charge more than I expected, however the food was nice. Lastly, I desperately needed to get a taxi as I got off on the wrong stop from the train and I got charged €40 for a 10 minute journey (obviously scamming). Although, nothing to do with the property or host itself, overall enjoyed myself.

A really nice and big appartement with a great host!

The apartment is big and I really liked the rainshower and the balcony. What I liked the most was the really nice host Daniele who helped me a lot when I was stranded in a neighboring town when the trains stopped riding.

A small inconvenience is that the apartment is quite noicy. You can hear the neighbours television on in the evening and the trains passes just behind the apartment. It was not really a problem.

Quiet, large, near all the stuff you need

Location was great as it was away from the centre so it was quiet. It's above a grocery store and across the street from a bakery and pharmacy type store where you can get soap, sunscreen that doesn't cost €30, and cold drinks for a good price. Room was large, clean, felt safe, and the host met us outside (thank god or I'd have walked right by it). The city is very expensive so wouldn't recommend for anyone on a budget, but it's the place where the Italians go to vacation, so it's full of excellent restaurants and great hiking trails. We walked to Portofino then took the ferry back and it was by far the best day we had!

It didn't have a comforter on the bed so sleeping was difficult. Too hot to turn the AC off but too cold to sleep with the AC on unless you wore sweatpants.

The location is perfect, quiet and nearby the center, the departure of ferry boat and bus stop - only few minutes by walk. The bedroom has been renovated and very large. The host is so nice and helpful !

Nice apt. Clean. Location was OK -15min walking to center. The host help us with information.

You can hear trains passing nearby, but we always got tired after a day of trekking or swimming that this was not a problem for us.

Like pretty much everything about this apartment. The location is just enough away from the crowds of the beach in a real neighborhood but close enough to be in the scene with a 6 minute walk. great for all except none walkers. the apartment had the best shower of anywhere I’ve stayed ( including home). The bathroom was new, the cabinets new the colors were great: kinda like an IKEA showroom.

Only the little frig. was weak.

- well equipped and really clean apartment - landlord found parking place for us - it was really great as it was really hard to find some place to part during summer season - nice area, close to the city center and see - elasticity in terms of leaving the apartment - I had to leave around 5AM and it was no problem

Very comfortable and great value

The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious and equipped with everything you might need (e.g. fridge, hairdryer, coffee machine, safe box etc.) I also loved the balcony where you can sit for a drink or hang your beachwear to dry off. The flat was impeccably clean and the location is very practical, with a supermarket located at the ground floor of the same building. The landlord gave me lots of useful tips about restaurants and activities, so I was able to enjoy my stay to the fullest. Although trains run nearby the flat, their noise was efficiently muffled by the room shutters.

Stanza e bagno spaziosi e molto puliti. Il centro si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi. Possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente in strada, anche se molto difficile trovare posto.

Très propre, propriétaire très aimable et très spacieux. Bonus: Petit balcon très agréable pour lire et prendre le petit déjeuner.

Petits détails mais rien de grave pour l' améliorer: inclure un porte-savon dans la douche, un balais à toilettes et des mugs pour le thé.

Schönes Zimmer, perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt!!

Gut bis sehr gut! Grosses Zimmer, Platz gut genutzt allerdings kaum Schrank, sonst sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet. Grosses Badezimmer, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber! man sah etwas Renovationsbedarf, hat aber nur die Ästhetik beeinträchtigt. Lage auch gut, wenn man nicht ganz vorne am Wasser sein muss, am WE öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten , sonst eher wenig.

Amplasarea care este aproape de gară și centrul Santa Margherita, chiar la parter se afla un Carrefour.

Singurul minus a fost faptul că se aude orice din toate părțile, a fost deranjat seara târziu atâta zgomot.
