Could you please train your staff about wine and serving it ,some didn't even know what white or red wine was or how to open a skew top bottle.Many of your wines on your menu are not available! It is VERY frustrating.

Stunning resort set in a huge area of tropical gardens bordering the national park. The rooms were fabulous, incredibly stylish and well equipt. Beautiful ocean front resturant with extremely helpful and friendly staff, I would definitely recommend this resort to friends.
Because this resort borders the national park and it is such a huge garden setting monkeys did sometimes enter into the grounds. The security staff do come and assist and for the most part it is not a problem.

Great place overall. Surprised by the onsite natural hot springs. The restaurant is great. This is a proper "Resort" with huge grounds and multiple pools. Extremely peaceful and quiet. Boat tours depart directly from the onsite dock.
Staff communication could be better. For example, they should explicitly inform you that the hot springs will ruin your gold and silver jewelry.
