Truly beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has an occupancy of 4 adults and 2 children in the luxurious Sonoran Spa Resort on Sandy Beach. Here you will find everything you need for your enjoyable vacation all nicely furnished and decorated. Beautiful kitchen. Nice dining area and living room with Flat Screen TV and views out to the sea through the large double glass doors. Large Master Bedroom with access to patio area. Separate shower with 100% cotton towels. Excellent Ocean views over lush common area pool from the patio.
Verdaderamente hermoso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños tiene una ocupación de 4 adultos y 2 niños en el lujoso Sonoran Spa Resort en Sandy Beach. Aqui podra encontrar todo lo necesario para sus agradables vacaciones, todo muy bien amueblado y decorado. Gran cocina y asientos en la zona del desayuno. Bonita zona de comedor y sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y vistas al mar a traves de las puertas dobles de cristal de gran tamanio. El dormitorio principal tiene banio privado con baniera y toallas 100% de algodon. Ducha separada y excelentes vistas al mar que exuberan las zona comun de las piscina y el patio grande.
Sonoran Spa is one of the most beautiful resorts in Rocky Point, Mexico, offering excellent views over common areas and swimming pool overlooking the palm trees and the lovely Sea of Cortez. There is a beautiful view to the infinite sea with scenery of the view from the distance of the jetty and a bar that serves excellent drinks. Safety in the workplace is twenty-four hours for your safety. The complex includes tennis court, putting green, gym, high speed internet, spa, CATV, BBQ resort facilities, parking (selected condominiums only) and Mother Nature's charming "Sand Beach" in front. It's time to relax, and this is the place to do it! Last but not least, we have Optic Fiber High Speed Internet!

Hay una hermosa vista al mar infinito con paisajes de la vista a la distancia del malecon y un bar que sirve excelentes bebidas. La seguridad en el lugar de trabajo es de veinticuatro horas para su seguridad. El complejo incluye cancha de tenis, putting green, gimnasio, Internet de alta velocidad, spa, CATV, instalaciones de Resort BBQ, estacionamiento (sólo condominios seleccionados) y la encantadora "Playa de arena" de la Madre Naturaleza en frente. Beautiful, clean condo located on the first floor of the Sonoran Spa with everything you need. Walking distance to Banditos and Garuffa. Highly recommend and a return stay will be in order! Thank you!

On the positive side, this property and condo are actually lovely. Access to the pool, location in the building, furnishings are all very nice. One note - this is a ground floor condo, so it is odd that it says upper floor.
On the negative side, several weeks after our return, I noticed an unexplained charge on my credit card from the management company. I had to email and call multiple times to find out what the mystery charge was. I never received a reply. When I did finally reach someone, they told me that we had been charged for a broken fruit bowl. When I asked for more information, they sent a picture of a broken piece of ceramic fruit, sitting in an (undamaged) bowl.
We did not break the fruit, and the picture they sent does not look like any decoration we had noticed during our stay. I was especially disappointed with not being informed about the charge, and only discovering it because I was watching my credit card statement closely. I was also disappointed we did not receive a response when I reached out about this mystery charge. It also seems a very high charge ($30) for a piece of ceramic fruit.
Overall, we really did like the property and the condo - however I now feel uncertain about how much I can trust the management company. If you do stay here you will likely have a very nice time - but may want to watch your credit card for a few weeks after your return.
