It was very spacious and clean. It had everything that we would need, the Onsen was great, too. A perfect place for relaxation.

The only redeeming quality of this property was its proximity to the lake. The location is decent, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my experience.
The staff was extremely unhelpful and I felt completely unsupported. When I arrived in a nearby town and couldn't find transport, I called for assistance, but they essentially told me to figure it out on my own. The room condition was also unacceptable: the bathroom was tiny and had visible mold in several places, which is a serious hygiene issue. Additionally, the air conditioning was malfunctioning and fluctuated constantly, making it hard to relax.
