The room was clean, the Facility was clean. Air Conditioning works good. Bed is bequem. not much noise to disturb. Metro nearby. bathroom clean. shower clean and had curtain for those who wants privacy.

Great location and helpful staff

Very friendly and helpful staff, both during the day and at night. Very convenient location, with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Walking distance to many attractions.

Nothing really :) Only the neighborhood being a bit loud at times in the evening

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the room was always clean. The room was comfortable and had enough space for my stay. Although the hotel is not in the city centre, it is easy to reach by metro, and I enjoyed walking there. The neighbourhood may not look very attractive, but I always felt safe.

The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. It was extremely slow, and although my devices showed they were connected, almost nothing would load. Another downside was the hair dryer. It was very old and kept switching off randomly while I was drying my hair. Since I have thick hair, this made it quite inconvenient. It is also worth knowing that guests are required to leave their room key at the reception every time they leave the hotel. Housekeeping is mandatory, so if you prefer more privacy or do not want your room entered every day, this may not be the best option. A “Do Not Disturb” choice would be a nice improvement.
