    Location is good. Breakfast was the same for 5 days, no pancakes. You had choices but for a 4 star hotel rather limited. The mini bar - fridge in the room was not cooling well even in the highest level so we couldn't store anything in it. Only one chair for 2 guests in the room. Price was fair. Modern hotel.

    I like the smell of hotel and the cleanliness. We stayed for 5 nights. Some staff are nice but the one replied on my email not aure why he use a big lettets or capslock that sounded he was irritated or angry. Location is not near to centrum but near to metro station. I was disappointed on Christmas eve that they acceptef us in the cafeteria as I mentiined i wanted to have some soup but the moment I wanted to order ala carte they refuses to cook for us just because I didnt take the buffet that night as we are so full during lunch time., this is heart breaking for us thay they didnt offer anything. The bed was so hard everyday my back is painful. I requested for a quiet room but they placed us very near to the two staircase door very disappointed with the noise and early morning cleaning the rooms were people left. On our 4th morning at 9am the cleaning lady was knocking and I didnt open the door but she just opened it, really? Only first day the two capsule coffee were provided and one bottle of water. I borrowed the flat iron but have to deposit €20 and you have to pick it up from the reception with the iron baors, and we were about to check out they asked uams to bring down the flat iron and that iron board to return the deposit, unbelievable! I will not recommend this hotel the policy and service are horrible! No 2nd time.. frustrating!
