It felt clean, safe, and very comfortable. Nicely spacious. The curtained-off sleeping area is a little weird but comfortable, I wouldn't let that stop you from renting this unit. It's not the most amazing bed but I slept well. Neighborhood is great for walking.
Needing to ask a stranger in a foreign country from the burger joint next door to let you in feels sketchy. Trying to prove that yes I did have a booking there was not the way I'd prefer to check in. But, it worked fine. There's 2 neat balconies for relaxing on, but half of the chairs are broken from rot so both balconies are half occupied with broken furniture. It's also not a location super convenient to downtown Munich, and the nearest metro is about a 7 minute walk depending on your walking speed.
