I liked how the beds were comfortable and the room was clean, the TV had netflix, youtube and the back garden was beautiful. The bathroom was pretty small but okay.
The duvet was very small for an Adult and the bathroom was small and only one bathroom had a shower that could be used

最寄りバス停〜ミュンヘン東駅間のバスは10分間隔で運行されており、ミュンヘン市内への交通アクセスが便利で良かったです。
また、ミュンヘンのアパート生活を体験できたのは貴重な経験になりました。
管理人さんが常駐(屋根裏部屋にお住まい？)だったので直接問合せに行けて助かりました。
1部屋4人は少し窮屈で旅行バッグを同時に広げることができませんでした。
シャワールームは1つだけなので、別の宿泊者と利用が重なると空くまで待たなければならない点は留意する必要があります。そして、そのシャワーを使うと床がかなり濡れるので個人用のサンダルを持って行くと良いです。
キッチンにある電気ポットが汚くて使うのを避けました。
タバコか大麻の臭いが何処からか入ってきて不快でした。
最後に、キッチンで朝食中に中東系の作業着を着た方が来訪してきて、施錠された玄関外で出てこいとジェスチャーしてくるので管理人さんを呼び出し対応してもらいましたが、どうも宿泊者の1人だったようで困惑しました。同じ玄関を共用する別の宿泊者がいることを覚悟する必要があります。
