About this house rental
the DHH is still free in the period you requested. It is a very nice apartment with a great view of the countryside. The large window fronts let a lot of light into the apartment. The apartment consists of a kitchen, entrance, staircase, guest toilet and a living room on the ground floor with a large terrace and a small garden area. Upstairs you will find the newly renovated bathroom with shower and double sink and a separate toilet, as well as a large bedroom with a double bed and large built-in wardrobe, a small room with a double bed and cupboard and a small room with a single bed, cupboard and chest of drawers. Because of the idyllic garden with a large terrace and the beautiful furnishings, it has its own southern flair.
The location is very convenient in terms of transport, because the apartment is close to the S-Bahn station of the airport line S8 and from there you can quickly get to the city center. (about 15 minutes). To the S-Bahn station you walk about 5-8 minutes depending on the speed. You can also get very quickly by car (approx. 8 minutes) to the Munich exhibition center and also to the city center (15-20 minutes). Furthermore, a bus runs directly in front of the front door in various directions (U4, city center and also to the trade fair)

Fabulous house in a very convenient location for train & trams as well as local shops and supermarkets.House was very comfortable, had all the facilities with a lovely garden and easy to park on road.Owners friendly and accommodating.

The property and location were great with easy access to public transportation. Plenty of space, great patio, with three bedrooms. We were given the wrong address in the check-in email and had to tow our luggage an additional 20 minutes after finding the right spot via google maps as the hosts hadn't responded to my message. We also weren't given check-out instructions and didn't know where to leave the key despite sending a message through VRBO and WhatsApp as we were told there was only one key to the unit and didn't want to leave it inside. Overall great place and nice people, but communication could use improvement.

Tolles Objekt und super Lage. Die Aufteilung mit drei Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss und Küche und Wohnzimmer in der ersten Etage war perfekt.
