部屋がきれいだった。 食事の場所がきれいだったし、呼人の鶴雅と比べると寒くなくて過ごしやすかった。
料理について、刺身系が種類的に少なかったかも。もっとあっても良いと思います。 あと、フルーツがすごく少なかった気がする。 それ以外の料理は良かったですので、あくまでも上記があるともっと嬉しかったなというところです。 ２Fのお風呂の露天風呂は温度が低く、スペシャル感がなくて少し残念でした。 １Fの露天風呂は良かったです。

時期が良かったので温泉も食事も混雑 する事なくゆったりと過ごす事が出来た
客室から浴室までの距離 両方の浴室にマッサージ機が 設置されていると良かった

大浴池有分洋式跟和室，兩種都去泡非常舒服！房間是傳統日式榻榻米，雖然跟阿寒湖的鶴雅規格沒辦法比，但是有小而美，我反而更喜歡，晚餐超級好吃！會先上海鮮拼盤，在自助buffet，雖菜色沒有一般大飯店多，但是非常精巧好吃，餐廳裝潢也很明亮大氣有設計感，非常喜歡，走路出去就是完美看夕陽的景點，很舒服的度假飯店
飯店櫃檯人員英文僅能靠翻譯機，但態度很親切，館內設施沒有一張紙或是完整的介紹，有點可惜

Hotel nad samym jeziorem, każdy pokój ma widok na jezioro. Mieliśmy pokój w stylu japońskim, który był, jak na standardy Japonii, duży. Personel na każdym kroku sprawia, że czujesz się zaopiekowany. Śniadanie i kolacja wyśmienite. Na kolację dodatkowo podają misę z lokalnymi owocami morza. Coś fantastycznego. Hotel duży, ma sklep z pamiątkami, odzieżą, bilard, ping pong. Można wypożyczyć rowery i pojechać mierzeją. Widoki niesamowite.
Hotel ma swoje lata, ale nadal utrzymuje świetny standard. Pokoje na wyższych piętrach są już nowoczesne.
