We booked a suite (probably over 70sqm) facing the lake, which had all facilities of which your private onsen.
Dinner was served to us in a private dinning room and the set meal was not less then 10 different local dishes.
Shoes are left at the reception, so we walked around the whole hotel with socks or sleepers!

Luxury onsen it has everything we expected. They have one English staff, Shayla, who was assigned to serve our Kaiseke dinner and breakfast. We were truly appreciated.

We love this hotel and we came back again. The room onsen is the best. The dinner is great, worth the value. The staffs are all friendly and welcoming.
