Idyllic setting, perfect location and excellent facilities, especially the pool!

This property is absolutely beautiful, the views of the sea in the distance, the infinity pool right by a vineyard and the gorgeous terrace…. And of course the owners’ dog Stella who quickly became our best friend! It’s so peaceful yet just a short walk/uber into St Tropez. The owners are lovely and make sure you have everything you need whilst giving you privacy. There’s only a few rooms so it felt like we had the place to ourselves most of the time. Our room was also huge, spotlessly clean with everything we could need. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after our wedding and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

This is a small thing but our shower room didn’t have a door, which we wouldn’t usually really mind but the shower room reflects onto the wardrobe door mirrors which also reflect the communal terrace outside our room which felt a little awkward! Easily rectified by closing the blinds but perhaps a sliding door or curtain would be good

Exceptional property, my daughters came to stay and they were absolutely bowled over by everything. Lovely hosts, amazing atmosphere, they couldn’t get over just how gorgeous the place was. The location is too good to be true as well. Both shed a tear when they were leaving.

Beautiful home, venue and our hosts were very gracious. It was comfortable but on future visits will try to get one of the larger rooms. Very relaxing and beautiful

The booking.com posting was very deceiving! When we booked and looked at the pictures associated with the apartment option we selected, the pictures were from a very different apartment. When we arived, we were accommodated in a very small room, not pictured on the actual room option we selected. There were many other problems with the apartment. The host didn't speak English, so it was a different communication. Be very careful when booking this property and make sure what you think you book is what you actually going to get!

The photos really don’t do this place justice. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa a short drive away from the main restaurants and port area. our hosts were amazing and would highly recommend staying here although you do need a car.

Speechless

The perfect place with the pluperfect hosts Sylvie and François. The level of equipment is outstanding and the scenery will leave you speechless. A special mention to the direct view on the oldest classified umbrella pine that is about 400 years old and the workshop of André Dunoyer de Segonzac, painter, engraver and illustrator of the early XX century. The ice on the cake is you are at a walking distance i.e. about 12 minutes, from the heart of Saint-Tropez. A must, and a tribute to Saint-Tropez.

This is an actual challenge that finding out something to improve in such a nice place.

très bel endroirt à deux pas de la place des lices

Belle adresse. Bon accueil. Magnifique endroit. Rapport qualité prix un peu cher. Mais vraiment le cadre est parfait. Le ménage n'estc pas fait tous les jours.

Seul bémol. un petit manque de propreté à l'arrivée: carton de pizza. canette de red bull. cigarette non fumée... Si près de la place des lices, mais dangereux pour s'y rendre à pied. Huber à 12 euros très pratique. Possible de s'y rendre à pied les jours de marcé tellement il y a de monde sur le trajet.

Notre havre de paix à Saint-Tropez.

La villa Sant-Anna est superbe, idéalement située sur la colline à 5 minutes de la places des Lices et 10 minutes de la plage de Pampelonne, avec une vue magnifique sur les vignes et la mer pas trop loin. Très au calme, cette demeure offre une très belle piscine avec du mobilier confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est généreux et délicieux. Les hôtes sont très discrets et nous offrent une véritable intimité, merci à eux. Nous adorons cette villa et sommes des clients réguliers.
