Good location with free parking. Value for money. Nice pool.

The hosts did not provide a clear communication on Booking page which became a real shortfall for our arrival experience. Though it stated the check in time from 3pm, we arrived at the property at around 1.30pm and was hoping to leave the car there before the check-in time. Their property is quite spacious with lots of free private parking. Little did we know, the property is gated. Rang the doorbell and tried making calls the past 10 mins with no sign of response. Our first thought, did we get scammed? Later we found out the hosts deliberately ignored the doorbell and later texted me with another number mentioning their reception hours. This kind of treatment is not what you’d expect from reading many great reviews on here. We had to contact Booking customer service to nudge them. If they did not want to let us in, they could just have answered via doorbell telecom and we would be on our way. They were upset (especially her husband stormed out from the room trying to stuff his phone in our faces) as they were expecting us to know Bed & Breakfast rules which is not stated anywhere on their property information nor receiving any instructions prior to our stay. Their opening hours are 8am - 12pm and 3pm - 8pm FYI. If you arrive or contact outside of these hours, expect silence. Different properties have different rules - you cannot expect customers to know if you don’t mention them. Other properties we stayed during this trip did amazing communication with clear instructions. This experience left me a sour taste in my mouth. Other than that, the lady host was nice enough to let our car in at the end and spoke to us calmly. Our stay was ok with minimal interactions with the hosts. However, her husband was ignoring us the entire stay even though we bumped into each other a few times and I once greeted him politely (no response). Quite petty to be honest. We won’t return nor recommending any of our friends though.

I liked everything, an iron in the apartment would be a nice bonus (or maybe I just couldn't find it) but to be honest can't fault anything.

To say that everything was great is an understatement. The room was gorgeous and extremely comfortable, the location is incredible and extremely quiet and the host just incredibly kind. We would return at any time!

The rooms are really confortable and with beautiful decoration. The pool and the terrase of the hotel allow us to enjoy a lot during the evenings after the beach. Excellent price/quality ratio for Saint Tropez, the free parking is a plus.

THE WIFI ! Some of us needed to follow courses and work and it was impossible to connect even if our rooms were right next to the reception. The only chance to get internet was to stay next to the router (in the reception). It's a shame that the add assures that you'll have free internet connection in all the hotel when it's not like that. Also, the hotel is not so close to restaurants, supermarkets, bars and beaches, so you'll need a car to move around :)

Nice and calm area. Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Very new and clean. Private parking is a great addition. Sunny apartment with a great exposition on the sun (a lot of windows and huge entry glass doors.

It was hard to contact the host once we arrived, but it was related to the fact that the host was sick. I hope she is fine now and there are no further issues. Stay healthy!

Loved this charming hotel! Newly remodeled room, clean and spacious enough for us. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was simple but lovely.

Charming, perfectly equipped Chambres in superb, quiet location just a few minutes outside centre ville of Saint Tropez.

We stayed here last year and returned again this year as we loved it so much! Both times, we ended up adding an extra night as we didn't want to leave. The grounds are amazing and give a lovely setting for a relaxing getaway. Last year we stayed in a standard double room with 1 dog which is lovely but this year we had 2 dogs so decided to book the 1 bedroom apartment and we were so glad we did. This room is so lovely with a big private terrace which was perfect for the dogs to roam around in and to have breakfast in the sun. The location is perfect if you have a car for getting to the lovely beaches in the area as well as being a short drive to Saint Tropez or Ramatuelle. There are so many lovely restaurants nearby such as La Pomme de Pin, but you can also walk 2 minutes to Pizz'arte next door which has some of the best pizzas we've ever had. Everywhere in Saint Tropez is so dog friendly, including the lovely beaches - I highly recommend travelling here with dogs.

I'm trying so hard to think of something to improve on and can't find anything!! Perhaps the host could provide 2 nespresso pods in the room along with the provided condiments as we had to drive around on our first morning to find pods for the coffee machine for our morning coffee. But the fact that they even provided a nespresso machine was already a bonus for us!!
