This gated beach view villa offers a stunning view of the beach/ocean from both the living room and the master bedroom. The complex offers an 11,000-square-foot, lagoon-style swimming pool plus 10 other smaller pools, some heated. Additionally, there are hot tubs, restaurants, bars, a nine-hole golf course, and much more.
Beach access is convenient, only a short walk across a two-lane street or a free tram ride to the lagoon pool and beach. The unit in on the second floor, parking just outside the front door, this is a VERY convenient unit, very close to one of the pools too. Restaurants, entertainment, liquor store, Convenience store , shopping and bowling alley just outside the security gate. Bay county Pier just 2 blocks from the condo. Saturday to Saturday rental only !

Fantastic stay! The host is very responsive. The unit is well-maintained with everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. The beach view is unobstructed; it’s a great place to enjoy your morning coffee.

I will never stay anywhere other than this unit 100% when i vacation in panama city beach. I have high standards, especially with cleanliness and bug free dont even get me started on bugs! It can make or break my trip but Ron specifically had an extra pest control spray done for me and i was sold right then. However; it wasnt needed he has the msot pristene and stocked unit we've every stayed at. The beach is literally 10 steps from the unit facing front beach road there is an access gate that my husband used to walk to miller county pier to fish 10 mins walk max and it was fantastic. The view was perfect i had pots, pans, silverware you name it! Wasn't missing a thing! Obviously i will never stay anywhere else and in case you want family movie nights there are streaming apps provided as well. The bed in the master was absolutely ridiculous my husband and I have never agreed on a mattress and the one we have at home is terrible but we LOVED THIS BED!!!Thanks Ron for everything and a great trip

Stunnimg view from balcony. Beautiful condo in a community with every amenity you could want. The owner has great communication, provides all needed info, making checking in and using amenities easy. My family has had the privilege of using this condo on two separate occasions years apart. Still as fabulous as the first time.
