The best stay ever!

The best stay ever thanks to the hosts. The location was perfect for us, parking is super easy, the room was clean and big with air conditioning (which is important in summer), comfortable and modern bathroom (the towels were super soft, extra thanks for that) and a nice balcony. Big and comfortable bed (everyone has their own blanket, super cozy). We would love to spend much more time here.

Angenehmes und freundliches Hotel in der Nähe des Sees

Die Lage ist sehr schön, zum See sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Zimmer und Bad waren modern und angenehm klimatisiert. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich!

Das Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich. Es gab immer die gleichen drei Sorten Schinken, immer das gleiche Brot/ die gleichen Brötchen, das gleiche Obst, den gleichen Käse usw. Hier könnte man in Zukunft sicher etwas verbessern.

Tolles Hotel mit guter Ausstattung, kostenlosem Parkplatz, sicherem Abstellplatz für mein E-Bike mit Steckdosen in der Nähe zum Aufladen, sehr freundlichem Personal, hervorragender Zimmerreinigung und super Lage. Ich war schon oft in Torbole im Urlaub und das war bisher mein bestes Hotel. Komme gerne wieder.

Nächstes Mal würde ich ein Zimmer nicht zur Straße wählen, da es doch sehr laut ist, wenn man die Balkontür auf hat oder dort sitzt.

Würde dieses hotel jedes mal wieder buchen

Es war unglaublich wie nett und freundlich das Personal war. Immer mit einem lächeln im Gesicht. Sowas habe ich in dieser Form bisher nicht erlebt. Wir durften bereits um 11 uhr ins zimmer ohne aufpreis, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Zimmer war größer als erwartet und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Lage war perfekt. Innerhalb 5 Minuten war man am See und in der Stadt.

Das einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat ist das wir in unserem Zimmer eine Tür hatten die zu einem anderen Gästezimmer geführt hat. Diese war zwar verschlossen aber dadurch war es etwas hellhörig. Wir konnten also fast alles Gespräche Mithören und auch den Tv vom nebenzimmer. Uns hat es kaum gestört aber wenn man etwas lautere nachbarn hat kann es nervig werden.

Eigentlich alles , Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit Parkplatz verschlossen in der Nacht

man kann nicht sagen, nicht gefallen, das Frühstück war ausreichend aber es kann besser werden. Vielleicht lag es aber auch an der Vorsaison und das zu wenig Gäste da waren.
