The hotel was absolutely wonderful, and the staff were exceptional. At the reception, Ms. Sara and Catherine were extremely polite, professional, and helpful. It was truly a great experience. I also won’t forget the restaurant — it was very beautiful, and the dining experience was unique. Ms. Rosy and Alexandra provided outstanding service. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very modern interior.

The bathroom door does not close completely (very modern solution), door is made of frosted glass, translucent, there is no soundproofing. It causes a great lack of privacy. It can be comfortable for only one person to stay in. Parking is expensive, especially during the off-season.

Our first visit to Italy, the staff were very welcoming. The lake and surrounding scenery amazing.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff were lovely.

We were under the impression that there was a pool. There was a spa which we could use for 1 hour for a lot of money. Had I known there wasn't a pool, I would not have booked this hotel. The bar was only open later in the day.

Good breakfast, good parking, nice location

Windows are not as soundproof as they could have been, but thankfully the traffic is low at nights. The sofa in our room did not have back support and therefore wasn’t very comfortable

Amazing property- totally recommend

The property was amazing and the staff were really courteous and helpful. We were there to celebrate my fiance’s birthday and they made it very special. They gave us a room upgrade and free private spa session. It was really lovely there and everything was very clean and hygienic. The location was also quite central. You can walk 15-20 mins to Riva or take a bus and you’ll be in Riva in 5mins. I loved absolutely everything about this property and will definitely come back.

An enjoyable stay on the whole.

I have been a number of times to Goti hotel and it is always good. Breakfast is excellent and this year a huge improvement on the evening meal. Thank you.

My room 308 was not the quietest. The first night the extractor fan in the bathroom was on all night. I managed to get someone to switch it off the next day and the silence was delightful. However, room 308 is just under the kitchen extractor fan chimney! From about 6.00am in the morning until 11.00pm at night it is on constantly. Sunday evening was bliss as there was no evening meal available so the kitchen was closed; therefore no noisy extractor fan. Solution is to not have a room near this in the future. My list of requirements will go in ahead of my next visit! The room was rather small. I am glad I was alone but I do expect more space around the bed when I book a double room. My last two visits in years gone by I have had a more spacious room. However, I do enjoy your hotel and the staff are professional and helpful.

Great modern place to stay with fabulous mountain views

The breakfast buffet was excellent! free flow coffees, fresh juice and the yummiest baked goods! The location was ideal for getting around Nago-Torbole and Riva on foot. The lake is only a 5 min walk away.

The room decor was a bit unconventional with see through doors or windows to the bathroom.

I was moved to other hotel Lago di Garda Hotel, it gave 2 rooms with no connection so My wife and me has to sleep one on each room with a kid. The parking is paid and is located at 5 min walk!!! not valet parking, so unacceptable

The SPA is very small and it's for an extra charge. The temperature in the Turkish bath was too high, jacuzzi - with an exaggerated amount of chlorine... The shower there was not working well.

Very nice hotle with modern rooms, Garda Lake, shops, bars, reastaurants are walking distance. The hotel has a nice terrasse for you to enjoy breakfast or dinner and drinks in the evening. Friendly stuff, clean rooms, great cocktails. Private parking at the hotel is available.

A very good choice at the Lake Garda.

Location is perfect. The hotel is quite modern. All rooms have a view to the lake. We also had a private terrace. The breakfast was delicious. The collagues at the reception were very polite and helpful.

Exceptional

The location for this hotel was perfect. Near shops and restaurants, boat trips. The room was lovely and clean. Our first night we did have a slight problem with the noise but we were moved rooms straight away without any problem. Every member of staff we encountered was absolutely amazing! They all went above and beyond for myself and my new husband! We would not think twice about booking again…
