Incredible place with incredible views

I would definitely come back, everything was just perfect, the location, the room, etc. I already miss having delicious breakfast in the front garden with the view at the mountains. Good, practical, central location but not much noise coming from the outside. Great for bikers, with a safe cellar for storage and everything to wash and fix bikes. For bikers and hikers: water dispenser with selection of flat or sparkling. Greatest surprise: underground parking nearby and included in the price.

The staff were really nice and friendly. The breakfast was very nice. The location is great and allows you to reach the lake on foot in less than 10 minutes. Free cold sparkling water available : )

Will never stay in this Hotel again!

Nothing!

Hotel is less than 2-stars. From the outside it looks very attractive, but has nothing to do with the inside. The equipment in our room is old, small and shabby. It has no charm that could be done with simple means. There are cobwebs all over our room and it's dirty (took pictures). It was certainly not cleaned very thoroughly for weeks. The bed, duvet, mattresses and towels smelled very unpleasant. The duvet was dirty, which I told the housekeeper the next morning. Unfortunately, the duvet was not changed. The bathroom didn't deserve the name. Very small, (more like a chamber), no shower curtain, different tiles that were subsequently repaired. There is mold on the floor and the shower. The bathroom is a joke! On the first day and night we had no warm water, which we immediately complained about. Statement from the front desk (a man): This was switched off to save money! Remark from myside: Outside-teperature in the night 17 Celsius and cold shower! This hotel (at least our room) is absolutely not to be recommended and not worthy of being called a hotel. And to charge more than EUR 100 per night for this is absolutely unacceptable. We strictly do not recommend this Hotel!

Sweet staff in great location

Slightly dated but very well looked after in the heart of Nago-Torbole. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. My partner and I are both vegan and they organised vegan options for us which was really nice. The location is very central and you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes or start a hiking tour from the hotel.

The room faced the main street and the street was very trafficy 24-7. However with the closed window the noise was not too bad and we had no troubles sleeping.

Great Stay, Very Welcoming

Great location, very clean, really nice owners, good breakfast. The bike storage has a bike-washing corner, a dedicated washing/dryer machine for washing your cycling clothes, and a workbench with lots of tools in case you need to make some repairs.

Nice stay

Nothing major to complaint. The place is basic but you can get outstanding service such as: very tasty breakfast served each morning, friendly and helpful staff, bike rental at site, clear instructions related to covid restrictions. Also the place is very clean. They assure free parking near by. Close to the beach and restaurants/cafes.

Very very hard bed and the room we got wasn't shown on the pictures on booking (smaller than we expected). Very very basic but the other services were outstanding.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es in Ordnung.

Sehr freundliche Betreiber und Mitarbeiter. Das Hotel liegt zentral in Torbole. Frühstück ist umfangreich aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Kleine Garage für Motorräder ist top und war im Zimmerpreis enthalten. Schöne Terrasse vor dem Hoterleingang.

Die Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig. Der Lärm von der Hauptstaße teilweise schon enorm. Die Zimmer könnten langsam mal eine Renovierung erhalten. Eine Dusche mit Vorhang ist auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß...

Ich hatte ein DZ zur Einzelnutzung und bei der Buchung 'Doppelbett' angekreuzt. Leider waren es aber 2 zusammengestellte Einzelbetten mit einer kleinen Ritze.

Goed hotel op een perfecte locatie.

Een bijzonder aardige en gastvrije fam. Staan altijd voor je klaar. Een mooie ruime kamer met douche en toilet. Super goede bedden en schoon. Fijn balkon!! Heerlijk fris en vers ontbijt met ruime keuze en lekkere eitjes. Heerlijk buiten op het terras wat drinken. Mooie ruime afgesloten parkeergarage.. Super! Alles is lopend en met bus of boot bereikbaar. Komen zeker weer terug.
