Two apartments in the "Big house" of La Ginelle:
- Pitt (on the ground floor): 125 m² with a large living room (35 m², living room, dining room, 140 sofa bed, large Directoire library), a modern well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with WC, a bathroom and an independent WC, 4 bedrooms (8-10-15-19 m²: 140 bed, 2 beds of 90, 140 bed, 4 beds of 90), all for 10 to 12 people.
- Guy (first floor): 140 m², private staircase, large living room (44 m², living room, dining room, 140 sofa bed, large family portraits), a modern fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with WC, a bathroom, an independent WC, 4 bedrooms (11-13-22-23 m² accommodating 1 bed in 141, one bed in 140, 4 beds in 90 and 4 beds in 90). All for 12 to 14 people.
High speed 4G WiFi in each apartment.
These apartments, facing south with superb views of the Pyrenees, are one above the other. They can be put in communication and, they can also be grouped with the Alcôve apartment (110 m² for 7 to 8 people). Communicating the three from the inside, it is thus possible to group 11 rooms, for 29 to 34 people!
In its exceptional site overlooking the Lauragais plain and, facing the Pyrenees chain, the estate offers an 8x16 meter swimming pool, tennis and outdoor games in a 12 hectare wooded park and also, common rooms (a reception room of 100m2, ping-pong tables, a TV room, a chapel. Wireless.
