Large chalet on the slopes in a small ski resort in the Pyrenees

Large family chalet (150 m²), located in the ski resort of our Olympic mogul champion Perrine Laffont, Les Monts d'Olmes, in Ariège. Well-laid-out, it’s ideal for a large family or two families who are friends.
No rentals during the ski season.

Since it’s a small resort, you can set out directly from the chalet for numerous hikes, with incredible views from the top of the Col de Cadène over the Pays d’Olmes plain to the north and, at the same time, of the Pyrenees to the south; By car, you’re 20 minutes from the Cathar castle of Montségur, 40 minutes from the one in Foix, and just 1 hour and 30 minutes from the city of Carcassonne: exploring the entire region is a breeze.
The resort offers mountain biking, a trampoline, a bouncy castle, giant Mikado, ping pong, and more
… Plenty to keep the kids busy!

Absolute tranquility, spectacular sunrises while enjoying breakfast on the terrace, wonderful walks near the lakes, a cozy fire in the evening… A complete retreat!

The chalet consists of:

On the first floor (separate entrance):
- the red bedroom with a 140-cm bed and a dresser
- the white bedroom with a 140-cm bed and 2 bunk beds, large closet
- 1 bathroom with toilet
- hallway with large closet
Large entryway with freezer and washer-dryer, shelves, and numerous coat hooks

Main floor (65 m²):
- 1 bedroom with a 140-size bed and a large closet
- 1 bathroom (bathtub)
- 1 separate toilet
- a large living room with a double-sided fireplace, creating two seating areas; a mezzanine ideal for playing with Legos or reading quietly, with a TV available.
- a very well-equipped kitchen (very large refrigerator, dishwasher, food processor, microwave, espresso machine, etc.)

Upper floor:
- 1 bedroom with 3 sets of 2 bunk beds, closet, toys
- the blue bedroom with one 140-size bed, dresser
