Apartaments Els Llacs

Great stay, lovely location and views. Walkable to ski lifts but quite a trek but easy bus/ driving to the whole resort.

Floors a little dirty and few appliances getting a little tired, hob numbers weren’t working

+ Although a modern building, it still had some character and the architects had made an effort to nod to the alpine country atmosphere with interior dry stone walling and wooden beams, creating a coziness often missing in modern apartment blocks + the Spa was stunning with its view of the pistes and mountains opposite… adequately hot steam room and sauna plus cold bucket or shower made for a healthy post snowboard routine +Although not within walking distance of any town, there is an excellent supermarket and an even more excellent restaurant just opposite + The reception was helpful and friendly + The living room of our apartment was super nice with big sofa, very nice kitchen stuff and views of the mountain ( albeit the road side, which was our only negative ). + Very peaceful place, just 5-10 mins drive or bus from nearest ski lifts or town + Bathroom was beautifully clean and nicely appointed

- We felt it very misleading that both bedrooms only had a view of nothing but a weird dead space in the middle of the building. The advert on Booking very much gives the impression that the bedrooms would have a view of the mountains. - When we had a word about this to reception, they said that it’s kind of a lottery as they just put all apartments under one listing which could be facing the mountain or the interior. I felt that we should’ve paid less for an apartment without the views. But everything else was so good we didn’t care that much in the end .

Cozy mountain-feel accommodation, great location, and the most helpful staff. Spa area is a great added bonus. Plenty of towels and the beds were good compared to most properties.

Coffee machine was not working properly. A few small packs of salt, pepper and olive oil would help for a short stay.

Close to the snowboarding resort, great views

Walls are very thin we could hear both sides of our neighbours very clearly, inside jacuzzi wasn’t very warm and the outside one didn’t work
