Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House - Winchester

Lovely location, large airy hotel, room was clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast, we didn't eat dinner there so can't comment

The TV didn't work in our room but we did report to reception so hopefully sorted now, the hotel was a bit tired in places and we felt the price we paid didn't reflect the quality we received, also a lakeside walk was advertised but this was very overgrown so not possible.

I love Norton Park and go often for work. This is the first time I’d been for leisure. Lovely hotel.

We had a great time other than there were not enough staff on for a Bank Holiday weekend which meant we waited an hour and a half for our evening meal. The restaurant was full, many people were irate and complaining, staff were very stretched and at least one waitress was in tears over it all.

The location was perfect for us and the long private drive makes you think that this will be special.

Nothing more that a glorified Motel - and therefore very over priced. The bar staff struggled to keep the tables clean. The restaurant ran out of many menu choices and the menus themselves were worn and dirty. Breakfast was a “free for all” with queues waiting for replenishments to the hot breakfast area and then bread for toast! The air con in the room was very average and noisy. Had to report a flashing light over the bath (the cleaner could have done that)! Could not recommend this one.
