It was an agreeable stay and being well appointed and lovely gardens. Had a Wonderful massage! Shame the distance to get to my deluxe room from reception was a very long walk (including walkways and then a lift etc).
The distance my room was from the reception and restaurants - lugging my suitcase and bag was quite a challenge!

Good breakfast and dinner. Comfortable beds, spacious room, excellent air conditioning, easy parking.
Coffee brought to the table for breakfast with top-ups, rather than having to use a machine, which never tastes as good.
Had to ask for small towels as only one in the bathroom for us both to use!

Relaxing ambient atmosphere. Drinks and food were excellent. Attentive and welcoming staff. Loved the pool and that our room was so close to it. Thank you.

Nice bedrooms and spa good . Set in lovely grounds
Service very slow and poor at the lounge bar (waited 40 mins for a dish finger sandwich ) and had to keep chasing it at the bar & for pudding they gave soup spoon as they had no other spoons left even though the hotel was not busy! The hotel checked us into a room with windows open which had a birds nest resting on the open window so we had to ring reception twice to get moved . Also in new room the sink plug hole cap wasn’t working well so water not draining away easily and toilet not flushing well . Buffet restaurant a mess outside area not that tidy , lack of stuff no cutlery on tables and hard to get
