Was ready to turn around and walk out .

Location

No atmosphere, very bland entrance, reception,and breakfast area. ( No bar ? ) The bedroom was in need of refurbishment, Toilet was like a broom cupboard. The curtain rails were broken, the bed and pillows were like rock. To boil the kettle you had to put it on the floor and plug it no milk, no spoon etc. The room was very cold even when the radiator was turned fully up.

We had a great 2 night stay.

The reception staff were very friendly and the hotel was situated by the shops and eating places which was great. A great bakery is next door which is a must to try. The hotel was very clean and tidy.

Reasonable for the price

A curate's egg: very helpful staff who let me book in slightly early and arranged a storage space to put my bicycle in. But the water was off when I arrived though that was fixed. WiFi and breakfast were indifferent. On the other hand, it was cheap.

Basic but decent, good night's sleep and good central location

Location was good, very close to the centre, and despite that, was quiet overnight and had a good night's sleep. Friendly staff who coped well with me mangling the french language! General confort and facilities what you would expect from a 2 star hotel.

Nothing much really. Breakfast which I paid extra for was a bit basic, even by continental breakfast standards, and if I stayed again I would go to the patisserie cafe just along the road instead.

Relaxing stay in a Boulogne-sur-Mer

It was centrally located. Nice bedroom , did the job. On the first day I arrived there was an issue with water but the plumber was there and everything was in hand. Later there was Water. Absolutely no problems. In fact it was a very relaxing stay and I would recommend anyone to stay there. Just go with the right expectations. I slept very well. Good insulation. Windows were fine , heard no seagulls. Reccomend.

Could do with a upgrade the hotel

Very close to the city centre, there is a boulangerie just beside the hotel. The historical centre is 15 minuts walk, many good restaurants in that area. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, toilet a bit small but clean.

The Hotel is a bit outdated, it needs a upgrade. However it's what i expected.

Really nice room and very well located.

Everything looks recently renovated. Bed was very comfortable. Shower worked really well. I appreciate having a kettle in the room. Entry at night is quite easy with the code.

There was no place to hang the towels and they forgot to give us handtowels (we also didn't ask). I didn't see a lift, so I'm not sure if with a heavier bag it would have been ok going up all those stairs.

Stay in Boulogne for Eurotunnel within 30/35 min drivenear

A small hotel but very central with plenty of pay and display parking outside or round and about, free overnight from 6pm. lovely large comfy and clean bed, ok pillows but only one each, tea/coffee facilities and decent shower. Over all we had a good nights sleep as our room was nice and quiet at the side of the hotel.

Great location in centre of town, 1 minutes walk to sea front and bars, cafes and restaurants. Easy check in/out with plenty of parking in the streets.

As I town centre can be a bit loud into the early hours, but not the hotels doing.

Boulogne -sur-mer , lovely surprise close to Calais

Perfectly lovely staff and good location. Decor is spot on outdated and suits the atmosphere. Super clean. Especially appreciated walking through the center up to old town cobbles. 40min drive to Calais with great restaurants and beautiful history.

I was missing more variety for breakfast, cold cuts, cheese.

Un hotel un peu vieillot, et sans aucune insonorisation entre les chambres !

L'emplacement est pratique, des parkings payants sont disponibles à proximité. La literie est également assez confortable et le personnel sympathique.

Pas d'aération dans la chambre, la moindre douche transforme la petite salle de bain en sauna. Aucune isolation phonique, on a entendu le couple d'à coté fêter le 14 février. En faisant attention, on pouvait meme distinguer les mots.
