Location was amazing. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful (and speak excellent English). Nice breakfast room and buffet were very nice. Rooms are small but efficient and comfortable for a few days. Shower and bed are good. Nice that you could get coffee and water throughout the day.
Breakfast buffet was not always replenished very quickly and somewhat slow to clear tables for new people to join.

The property is in a prime location, easy to access, safe.
On our first night, after a 5 minute shower, there was a flood and the water overflowed into the main room as well, drenching the carpet. We quickly called reception, and a man came up to inspect and said to speak with the manager in the morning as he’d be in at 8:30am. He gave us one towel to cover the drenched carpet. Since the room was small, we had to quite literally jump onto the bed when going from the bathroom (where the tile was also drenched in water) to the main room. We went down at 8:30am as we were told to, and the manager wasn’t there. The reception said he’d be in at noon. We changed our plans to come back at noon to resolve the issue. The manager was yet again not there. Each day, we attempted to get the reception to put us in contact with him — they told us the manager was aware of the situation and would help (yet, zero communication to this day). There were no other available rooms they could move us to, and they would not refund us for our first night. The offered a one-day free breakfast at the hotel which we refused. They sent someone to “clean the carpet & fix the shower”, but when we checked, the carpet was still damp and they had for some reason removed a tile off the wall of the bathroom as well (?). We insisted on each day of our stay to speak with the manager, but he was never in. We asked them to contact him, and they said they didn’t have his number which was quite questionable. The reception was being nice of course, but this was a very frustrating situation. Over our entire stay, we didn’t encounter this manager and didn’t get anything for our miserable first night. The reception told us “the people who stayed before you didn’t experience this” to place blame on us, but we’ve stayed in numerous hotels across the globe and never experienced this before. To be quite frank, we were extremely disappointed with the lack of communication with the manager, and that we weren’t taken care of as guests.
