Apartment & Rooms Palmotta

We loved the location and Andreas and Ivana were very welcoming.

Please add a map for guests to navigate by walking from the port. Google maps took us a very mountainous direction when it was an easy mostly flat walk.

The apartment location was excellent, close to all the actions in the old town and you don't have to climb too many steps to get to the apartment. There are some steps but very reasonable. The apartment was very clean and although we didn't use the small kitchen, I noticed everything you need is there. Beds are very comfortable. Nikola the owner is very gentleman and he goes the extra mile to make his guests happy.

small little place in the very city of dubrovnik was perfect for my short stay, place was clean and tidy and perfect for one person. no issues with my stay what so ever. could walk down one flight of stairs and be on the main street.

Location was great and comfortable beds

I was under the impression that there were kitchens in every room (from the photos and description) but sadly there was not. The last day/night the host was doing Aircon maintenance in another room which resulted in us having no aircon in 34 degree heat. This meant it was just too hot and extremely loud outside with having to have the windows open. We also had the host in and out of our room trying to fix the Aircon all day while we was just trying to relax. The last day we wanted to check out at the given time 10am but he was lingering outside from 8 o’clock waiting to get in to try and sort the Aircon again, it felt a bit invasive and irritating.
