    Wonderful hotel in a great central location. Very clean and well-organized. The reception staff – especially Matías – were incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

    Location is perfect, few minutes walk from Plaça de Catalunya, closed by attractions, restaurants area and cafes. Staffs are welcoming and helpful. Room is very spacious, clean and well-equipped. I would totally recommend this place to everyone and definitely stay again on my next visit to Barcelona :)

    The Toc hotel rambles is like new inside the hotel and the two men working here are real gentlemen, we arrived early and they held the bags for a few hours so we could start our vacation!

    You can’t fault the hotel for its central location, right near La Ramblas on a quieter street with cafes and shops close by. The rate I received through Agoda was very cheap, even for an 1 star hotel. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a real issue in the hotel, hair throughout the room and on the floors, dirty towels that smelt like smoke. Cleaning staff also unlocked doors and walked in without checking on two separate occasions - perhaps a sign available to put on the door would help. The power also went out on our first night there. Bathroom was not as pictured and the shower leaked all over the floor. Whilst it was good value for money and the location was great, other factors did let them down.
