The location, between Gran Via and Puerta del Sol, is excellent! The staff are very friendly.
The breakfast selection could be improved. Not great value for the price charged.

Location is excellent. All places are at walkable distance and safe for solo female travelers
No tea/coffee or kettle in the room No iron (I had to go to reception and ask to borrow the iron to iron my clothes and the staff said I have to bring it nack as they only have 2 irons) Noisy till late night
