Staff were friendly and accommodating, happy to help if you had any questions. Breakfast was good but keep in mind, it may be limited selection if the hotel is not that busy.
No complaints. You get what you pay for and this is great at the price point.

The location is excellent, it is located a 2 minute walk from a metro station and from the Plaza Puerta del Sol. It is a short distance from many tourist attractions, restaurants and shops meaning that I could walk everywhere and barely used the metro during my stay. The room was very clean and had everything I needed.

Location is excellent. All places are at walkable distance and safe for solo female travelers
No tea/coffee or kettle in the room
No iron (I had to go to reception and ask to borrow the iron to iron my clothes and the staff said I have to bring it nack as they only have 2 irons)
Noisy till late night
