Room was exceptionally clean! Staff very accommodating!

Needs to put a small menu at the front gate advertising food and drink. There was a reason the patio was empty all week

Clean , most part, friendly staff( except 1 young lady waitress) great Salvatore, Luigi,michel , front desk staff. One waitress a little “ full of herself”

“Dead of energy “ esp at patio, bar(5’X5’) area. It was crammed into its spot. A bar area is often a place of congregation, meeting others , making new friends.Totally impossible here. That area was an afterthought. Drinks a little pricy! A little, low decibel, Italian music would have been novel! Sat down for breakfast, 5 family members got menus 15 minutes later and was told the buffet was just closed. Poor waitstaff business decision and non-caring attitude. Our 3- rooms of people never went back for food or drink the next 4 days!!! CAN U SAY- lost revenue!!! All because of the “Initial” encounter, the first day. I think her name was Bianca?!

Well suited for a family , would definitely go back for dinner but would go elsewhere for breakfast and lunch

The evening staff in the restaurant made our experience amazing and the food was incredible, we also had a lovely surprise of having a hot tub on our balcony! Also the pool was amazing X

Breakfast and lunch staff and food options were poor , the staff during these times made us feel very unwelcome and did affect our experience

Absolutely beautiful hotel with a great clean pool with stunning views of the Bay of Salerno. Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room size very good, beautiful views and great central location few minutes from Ravello square. Would not hesitate to book here again .

Just a minor point, but more choice would be good for breakfast. However would not stop me booking again as was still adequate.

We honestly normally stay in more expensive hotels and booked as it was the last room in Ravello at short notice whilst passing by. It was a very pleasant surprise. The views, staff, rooms and service were outstanding. We only planned to stay from 5pm until the morning but ended up staying most of the day and would have stayed longer if we didn’t have to be elsewhere. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you

- amazing place with a stunning and breathtaking view - very friendly host who carried our luggage - I recommend the restaurant with delicious food - high hygienic standard, you can relax at any time even during covid time - you have to stay there and you‘ll keep this view the whole life in your mind
