Lovely hotel with a pool in a great central location in beautiful Minori

The decor was beautiful and it was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices was very good. The pool was a great added bonus

Fantastic stay in a beautiful hotel on the Amalfi Coast, we loved it

The hotel location, decor and staff were all brilliant. Minori is a gorgeous little town on the Amalfi coast. Not as busy as some of the bigger places. We learned the hotel was the only one in Minori with a pool which was great. The pool booking system worked well & it was a lovely relaxed atmosphere there. Breakfast was very good. It did offer the same food everyday but that included plenty of variety.

Pleasant stay, needs improvements for the pricing

The location, facilities in the area. Cleanliness. A small pool and decent restaurant.

Noisy rooms, the outside noise comes through the doors as they are not airtight. The walls dividing the rooms are just stud so you can hear what’s happening in the other rooms. Plus the cleaners drag the cleaning trolleys early morning through the cobble rolled floor which make a hell lot of noise. If you are on holiday and want to sleep in then the rooms are not fit for that. You will be waking up early for sure. The bathroom doors need to be improved as one can hear everything when someone goes in to do their deeds. The breakfast could be improved, as we stayed for 5 nights and it was just them same repeated. Again if you are on a holiday you want sleep in so the timing could be stretched a bit.

Great location.. poor service

Good central location in Minori. Very close to the ferry port 5 mins walk ! Many restaurants and cafes around to have dinner and aperitvo. Seems like a nice location to stay if you want to stay in the Amalfi Coast but away from the touristy locations of Amalfi and Postiano but still in a great place to visit them.

Though the room was clean it seemed a bit damp and outdated. The air con smelt a bit odd at times too. We would have complained to reception about this matter. However, we felt the service from the staff was appalling most of the time we were there. The restaurant staff are tired and basically it feels like they do not want to be there, we had a incident on the first day at breakfast so complained to reception about this, though nothing really changed the following day. The the reception staff were ok, however we also encountered them to not really care at times We both have worked hospitality in several countries and know what good service is ... this is far from it. To be paying a lot of money for a stay at this "4 star hotel" and to be getting inadequate service is disappointing and I will not be returning, which is a shame as we enjoyed the location of Minori very much.

Overall a nice authentic italian hotel, but before booking make sure that your room has daylight.

The village of Minori is beatiful and near to Amalfi and Positano. The whole decor of the Hotel was beautiful and authentic italian. The elder gentleman at the Restaurant, was very sweet and attentive.

Our room had a window with shutters that could not open more than 10 cm because of some repairs happening outside the building. Even during the day the room was very dark. Such a pitty for such a high price that we paid....!

Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices. Pool lovely and inviting. Beds very comfortable. Decor just beautiful. Loved the plants all through the hotel. The staff in the dining room and around the pool were really lovely and very helpful.

Staff at the front desk were incredibly rude and not helpful at all. I contacted the hotel a few weeks before we arrrived and requested a transfer from the train station to the hotel. I followed it up to confirm and they said it was arrranged and a driver would be out the front holding up our name. No one arrived and when I phoned they said they didn't know anything about it. I was told "Madam it is easy to catch the ferry'. Not easy with 4 people, 4 suitcases, cobblestones and no idea where to go. We managed to get there and they did not even apologise I asked why it hadn't been arranged and the girl said our manager Roberta had not informed them. No offer of assistance for anything over the whole stay apart from a return transfer at the cost of 120 euro. One night we asked for a taxi to go to dinner and I was quoted 60 euro. We ended up walking and getting a taxi home. It cost 15 euro. In all honesty I avoided going to the front desk as much as possible. They seriously ruined our stay.

A lovely trip in a nice hotel

it was extremely clean and well looked after

Our room was on then side of the building with a window facing another building. the room was quite dark. We had to ask for the air conditioning to be switched on and they controlled it from reception. This isn’t good with children as it was turned off on the night and we had 4 of us in a room so it got quite hot.

The hotel was very clean. The maids & were good ,& all the staff made you welcome.

The swimming pool was out of action, as it was being refurbished, which slightly spoilt the Holiday. Also there were no tea or coffee facilities in the bedroom . We were unable to get an English channel on the TV in the bedroom.

very good location in Minori, easily accessible, would definitely recommend

building work (banging, drilling etc) was going on in the room next to ours for hours at night until quite late (10pm-ish) - it took 2 phone calls to reception and a trip down to reception to finally get them to stop. was told there was no manager on site to speak too. builders then arrived early again the next morning.

Breakfast was ok, the hotel has an interesting Italian flavour/style, which I enjoyed a lot. Quiet, nice, probably one of the best in Minori.

The comfort provided by the hotel doesn`t quite deserve 4 stars. The beds aren`t so comfortable and some rooms (we stayed in such one) aren`t so bright. If they would invest and refresh the facility, it would indeed reach the expectations of the visitors, who pay for the 4-stars level of comfort.

Good hotel but needs some better hospitality and service

First we have stayed for a night in a room without balcony although our reservation was a room with balcony. For second night we have moved to a better room with balcony that was good but at the beginning of our stayed we did not open luggage that was a hassle. The behavior of staff in Breakfast time was not good as I ordered Coffee and they did not bring and Had to finish breakfast with Juice. The rest was good and I am satisfied with it.

The whole experience was amazing!

This house is absolutely amazing and has a great location right next to the red beach. We loved this house because it has lot of historic spirit and done very stylishly and conveniently. Our host Maroulia was amazing in helping us organizing literally everything and being our great guide throughout the whole stay

Walls a bit thin, so could be a bit noisy. We wore earplugs to bed, so no problem! Had to be quiet in evening though so as not to bother other guests.

Hotel is very well located, with bakeries, restaurants and a laundromat nearby. The room has slippers and very good quality toiletries. Personnel were very friendly. Breakfast had many options: sliced fruit, many cakes, pastries, pancakes, toast, full english, cereals, yogurt. This hotel was one of the top ones of our Amalfi stay.

The disinfectant they used to clean the rooms was very strong and we had to open the windows to get rid of the smell every day. It didn't have USB ports for charging electronic devices. The pool was under maintenance so when we looked down from the room we could see the construction. But this didn't affect our appreciation for the hotel.
