Beautiful hotel in Minori

The front reception staff was exceptional. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Our room had a beautiful little balcony which we sat at in the evenings overlooking Villa Romana.

The shower was an issue for us. Very clean, but leaked water all over the floor including out into the bedroom. The only real problem with the hotel was the noisy maid station that was at the end of the hall. They talked so loudly to each other to the point where we couldn't sleep. Take care to avoid booking near that location on each floor.

The room is very clean and awesome with a very classy design and atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent and appetizing. The restaurant’s food was great. The staff were very kind, helpful, and friendly. Gratzie!

Comfortable, friendly and close to the ferry. Great breakfast!

The hotel is very close to the ferry dock. It is exceptionally clean and well appointed. The staff was courteous and efficient. The breakfast provided had a good variety and everything was freshly prepared and delicious. If I am ever lucky enough to get back to Minori I will definitely stay at the Santa Lucia.

It's a beautiful family run hotel. We just loved it!

The location was great it's close to the main road to Amalfi and beyond. The staff were very accommodating in every way. The first room they gave us was very nice but on the street and a bit noisy. We asked to be changed to a room at the back of the hotel and they accommodated us with a lovely, sunny room. The restaurant in the hotel was quite high end and the breakfast there was full and satisfying. .

We had problems opening the door to the terrace.

There was a problem with our booking when we arrived. One room had been cancelled. 😔not by us. the staff at reception were very helpful and did their best to accommodate us. They contacted Booking. Com themselves to ascertain what had happened. It was Booking.com that had cancelled the room. 🙄.. they organised a room at another hotel close by at the same rate. They were very helpful..xx

Good

Hotel is less than 5 min walk from Minori port. Very nice design and attention to details (such as towels and toiletries with logo). Very original idea on clothes storage. Even cheapest room had an upscale feeling. Lots of varieties at breakfast buffet. Fridge in the room. Free luggage storage.

Housekeeping needs to do a better job in the bathroom (even budget hotel across the street was cleaner). Lots of hair and dirt particles left on the toilet. The shower hose and holder were full of mold (nobody cleaned it for years). No outside food allowed in the room. Some old reviews mentioned a hot tub on the roof and private access on the beach. In reality, there is no hot tub (just chairs to sanbath) and this hotel doesn't have exclusive access to the beach. They rent u 2 chairs and umbrella for a day for 20 euros from a local company (this company rent same thing for the same price, so what's the point to rent it from a hotel?). Also its very expensive compared to other hotels nearby.

Had a great stay

The staff is very helpful and friendly and you can borrow the towel for the beach from them for free. The room was very clean even if a bit dated. The position was great, easy to move, take the bus and the ferry, near the beach and the main restaurants and bar. Need some improvement for the breakfast bit anyway it was great. I will stay there again for sure!

A lovely place to stay in a more quiet, beautiful spot along the Amalfi coast.

It was well located to the beach, bus stop and town. Also, the food in the hotel dining room was delicious and the breakfast buffet that was available every morning was plentiful and varied.

The internet in our room was very slow.

The best stuff ever…after i have changed location after horrible accomodation experience in amalfi, to this beautiful hotel in Minori, the employees of the hotel helped to recover my opinion about italians and places in amalfi coast thank you for saving my trip to italy +amazing location super close to the sea, bus stop, to ferry, to other beautiful cities (no need to stay in overcrowded turistic places like positano or amalfi, one day trip there is enough) +the stuff of the hotel very nice and very helpfull +cosy spacious rooms with balcony and nice view

Bad

Horrible!! We were asking two times if the airco is working in the room and the staff was LYING 2 times about it!! So guys, there is no airco and if you try to open the window you will not sleep! The Main Street is so noisy like you are sleeping right in the middle of the highway!
