My stay at the Hotel Banter Hof was pleasant.

No problem with checking in and out. The 'No-fuss-Key card' to get in and out of the Hotel and room. Everything was clean and tidy; personnel is friendly and helpful; great choice for breakfast with bread, cold meat, cheese, fish specialities and more; coffee and tea available throughout the day (self-serve in the dining area); various bus services within 5-Minute walk.

Nothing for me to complain about. During day time trains passing by, which could disturb some people.

Receptionist was friendly.

There was no free parking available so I had to park in the street. Restaurant was closed and my room was in a separate building with poor WIFI from the main building. Breakfast was only possible from 10am which when one travels for business is useless.

Дуже сподобалося. Ми багато подорожуємо і цей готель справив найкраще враження. Чисто, тихо, спокійно, окремий плюсик за каво машину і мінеральну водичку в номері. Було дуже комфортно.

Рідкий випадок, коли я не можу зробити практично ніяких зауважень. Все було дуже добре.

Diesmal war ich im Haupthaus. Somit Flurgeräusche und vom hinteren Parkplatz/ Innenhof rauchende und erzählende Personen. Mit einem wachsamen Hund an der Seite eher unpassend!

Die Zimmer waren dreckig. Teilweise lagen noch die Hinterlassenschaften der Vorgänger dort rum. Sie waren allgemein arg runtergekommen. Frühstück gab es nur mit Zeitslots. Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich und schien komplett überfordert.

Schönes Zimmer…sauber..Top Frühstück 👍..sehr nettes Personal…immer freundlich…mit Lächeln wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt…man merkte den Mitarbeitern Spaß an der Umgang mit Gästen

Insgesamt war alles super…außer die Matratzen🙈..die fanden wir definitiv zu weich…

Danke für den guten Service, aber das Zimmer war nicht so toll. Bahnlinie direkt nebenan.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlte sich gut aufgehoben. Der Frühstücksraum war schön hell und übersichtlich. Bequeme Stühle und angemessene Tischgröße.

Keine Nachttischlampe neben dem Bett. Keine Steckdose neben dem Bett. Ich erwarte eine Doppelsteckdose (Nachttischlampe und Ladegerät Smartphone). Die Nebenan liegende Bahnlinie störte und der Bahnübergang bimmelte immer wenn die Schranken runtergehen.
