It was okay, but we felt a little ripped off (wrong room description and extra fee for kids menue).

Staff was friendly and professional.

The room discription stated separate living and sleeping rooms, but it was just one big room with an oriel. We had to pay extra for our 4-year olds dinner eventhough we booked half-board.

Good for short stays out of the town

Room was very spacious, equipped with big bathtub and two TVs. Hotel is very quiet due to its location. Staff is friendly and supportive, they do their best to speak English

Location is not the best and staff barely speaks English. Breakfast is nothing special but acceptable considering the cost (7.5€)

Close to the water, far from the activities

Breakfast was good. The set menu dinners were just OK. The service staff at the restaurant were very friendly and great.

The cleaning ladies were super rude when I asked for extra roll of toilet paper after not cleaning up our room for 2 days. They also smoked cigarettes in the hallways while cleaning, stinking up the rooms with their smoke. Terrible. Didn't know before arriving that the sea view is literally of docked gas tankers unloading pumping into a large terminal area (interesting and cool to see, but not what I expected).

The location. For those who don't have car, may not be the best choice. I walked over an hour and the area is quite rural

OK. The costs for late checkout and early check in are too much. It is cheaper to book more nights.

The room was very good and sufficient for one person. The view outside was horrible (dirty containers).

Another room with sight on the Jade river (probably not available for singles).

Good stay, nie rest!

The food was very good, both breakfast and dinner. The staff even had the right masks available. Mine did not meet the German standard. I will be back next year! Have a nice Christmas staff and owners of the hotel!

Great location, quiet surroundings, very friendly staff. Restaurant(breakfast and dinner) was superb with good prices and food choices. Big plus that there were sheep outside for 2 days which was a nice treat to see and hear.

Pillow was a bit soft but otherwise all in order.

We enjoyed our stay at Nordseehotel. The best thing about this place is the room view. :)

The room view is awesome. Our room was nice and clean. The price was reasonable.

The hotel was undergoing some restorations during our stay. That's not a big deal for us. The stuff at the reception could be bit more professional. Our check in was a little bit confusing because of the lady behind the desk, but after some talking we managed to check in.

Der Saunabereich könnte etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit gebrauchen. Es lag ein großer Berg Saunatücher auf dem Boden und es waren keine sauberen mehr vorhanden.

• Tolle Lage und super schöner Blick aus dem Restaurant. • Beim Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl und das Abendessen war lecker. • Das Zimmer ist modern und das Badezimmer hatte eine gute Ausstattung. • Der Sauna Bereich war sehr sauber und wir konnten gut entspannen. • Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen am Hafen. Deshalb auch sehr ruhig. Was wir sehr gut fanden. Bis zur Stadt sind es mit dem Auto max. 10 Minuten.

Es hat mir gut gefallen und ist bestimmt noch ausbaufähig zu sehr gut.

Das Zimmer hat mir gut gefallen, ohne Schnick Schnack aber dafür zweckmäßig. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer, es war extrem klein, aber für dieses Jahr hab ich einfach ein größeres gebucht.

Die Lösung mit dem Frühstücksraum ist für mich als behinderte Person nicht zufriedenstellend. Um zum Frühstücksraum zu kommen muss man Treppen laufen, in einem kleinen, unteren Raum hätte man mir was gebracht, aber ich möchte nicht bedient werden, sondern mir mein Frühstück selber am Büfett aussuchen, wie alle anderen Gäste. Ich hatte einen Hund dabei, das Hotel ist sehr tierfreundlich, aber Hunde dürfen nicht mit in den Frühstücksraum. Niemand lässt seinen Hund in einer fremden Umgebung in einem fremden Zimmer gerne alleine!

Ausstattung der Zimmer und Bemühungen des Personals waren in Ordnung.

Wenn ich ein Zimmer mit Meerblick buche und dafür einen Aufpreis zahle, möchte ich das Meer sehen können. In der 1. Etage ist das durch den Deich für mich (durchschnittliche Köpergröße in meiner Altersklasse) nicht möglich. Ein anderes Zimmer (2./3. Etage) konnte mit nicht angeboten werden. Das Restaurant ist leider sehr kühl und zugig. Ich konnte netterweise den Tisch wechseln.
