Overall excellent

Excellent, good choice and well presented. Able to get a cup of tea! Staff very helpful, friendly and polite. Location would have been perfect but work on the nearby bridge leading to the centre meant a longer walk then expected. However this was not the fault of the hotel.

Exceptional

Excellent hotel, staff were friendly and efficient and our request for an early check-in was arranged very quickly. The location is wonderful, right by the water with signposted walking routes nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Good accommodation for our 4 day stay in Wilhelmshaven

The location of the hotel is excellent for our requirements and there is plenty of parking. It was nice to be in such a new hotel the facilities more than exceeded our expectations.

Not really a problem for us but a service lift would be helpful for the staff, I am sure.

Smart modern hotel. Spacious rooms with a very good view. Very good breakfast selection. Very helpful staff.

Worth the money for work related travel.

The hotel is what you expect from a B&B. It's clean and well organized.

The location is not really ideal. There is no chair in the room but only a stool.

Clean and Value for the Money

Reception staff very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Excellent European style breakfast. Very clean facility and close to great walking along the water. Superb value for the money with this new facility.

Only down side the bed was a little too firm and the duvet was on the small side so it was difficult to be fully covered at night.

Exceptional

I found a very friendly team on arrival! I felt the simplicity and uncomplicated services at the Hotel and team very refreshing. I didn't at any time feel under pressure or stress. Every extra wish which I had was granted by staff obviously, only if they were in accordance with the overall rules and regulations laid down by the B&B management. Thanks for looking after me so well Jonathan Rant

Simple check in and check out. Parking at the property. Easy walk to the harbour.
