The hotel features where lovely and breakfast was great ,and staff where very helpful overall a good stay. The bedding was of good quality and nice and warm. The saffron restaurant for evening meals was very nice food was lovely.
The rooms where very cold no heating on even in the corridor, even though we tried to turn it on, plus the shower was not very well explained how to use it and was very hot water , the bath mat was very very dirty and mouldy needs replacing, the swimming pool etc was nice but also needs cleaning more often and charging for towels not great.

The property is very tired and in need of a good clean and freshen up. We had a meal a s part of our package and it was mediocre at best. The cobweb and spider in the light shade above our table wasn’t a great help. The breakfast on the other hand was of a better quality
