A nice hotel and we ultimately had everything we needed.

Clean, friendly staff, great location.

The food wasn't great, the bed was very stuff and the pillows were flat. Also, they give you one key per room which is inconvenient when traveling with multiple people.

Beautiful views

Staff wasn’t friendly, We asked for milk for our daughter for the breakfast buffet and the young lady was rude. Our room was right next to hallway and didn’t sleep for 3 nights . We got double charged for 2 rooms because we have 2 kids who are above 2 years old but we only had 1 queen bed and Aida bed. Breakfast was all pastry and cake and they charge you if you ask for coffee or omelette. Over priced and not good service

The location was great. Very beautiful and town was not as crowded as the other locations on the coast. Easy access to dining and shops.

The staff was helpful and polite. There were strikes against tourist/Americans going on in Italy so felt more like we were tolerated rather than truly welcomed.

Hotel Giorgio was exceptional! The location couldn’t have been better, the breakfast was incredible, (I didn’t want to get full), the pool was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and again!

The location was near the square and on the path we needed for the wedding venue villa eva. The pool was nice and having a pool bar was a plus. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. They organized our rides and took our luggage to the ride.

Beautiful hotel with a fab, deep pool. So close to the main square in Ravello, we never walked more than 10 minutes to any restaurant or the tourist outings we did! Really kind and helpful staff too.

Lovely central hotel

- Location was perfect, right in the middle of Ravello with gorgeous views of the hills from the pool - We had budget rooms but they were really big and lovely, big bathrooms and super clean - Reception staff were lovely and porters helped with luggage not just within the hotel but also to our taxi which was a few mins walk from the hotel as Ravello is pedestrian only - We had lunch and breakfast and both were very good

- The only issue we had was the signs everywhere saying what you were not allowed to do! It felt very old fashioned and not very welcoming - The pool is beautiful and really big but definitely not child friendly, partly due to the signs everywhere saying to be quiet / not jump or dive etc

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff and amenities

This hotel is beautiful! The room and bathroom were bigger than we expected. The French doors out to the patio were lovely. The staff were incredible and so much fun to talk to/get recommendations from! They never made it seem like we were bothering them in any way and always happy to help. The pool had such a pretty view and the breakfast in the morning was HUGE. If you are looking for a place that is centrally located to literally everything in this small town, this hotel is definitely it. The "downtown" area is literally right out the front entrance. You will not regret your stay!

Exceptional

Very close from the main street of Ravello. You can enjoy romantic mood of hotel and perfect breakfast is provided every morning. I also cannot forget nice and kind tour advise from one of the hotel staffs. I would like to stay in Hotel Giordano again on the next visit.

Hotel is within the ZTL zone so it is a little bit hard to find. You have to pass Villa Rufolo and go left.

Rooms not very soundproofed. Can hear people talking and kids screaming in next door room and corridors. Mini bar prices high. There were many greasy handprints left on doors that had not been cleaned from last guests.
