Shocking do not stay here

The property was very dirty and dark. It is nothing like the photos. I think the photos must have been taken many years ago. The owner is not so friendly or helpful.

Disappointing

The beds were unconfortable, theres no air conditioning, the towels were dirty, the shower was so old, the pool was dirty. I know that the hotel is cheap but I was not expecting that. we were in hurry, thats the only reason we stay there only one night

Nothing. The building is old and lacks maintence.

They gave us a room that was full of mold, the bed had springs coming out everywhere, the sink drained on the floor, the hot water didnt work in the morning, the pillows were moldy, the pool was green and unusable. The man and woman who ran it seemed too busy to care. The room had no windows and filled with mosquitos. The bed had hair all over the sheets. It did not have 2 beds nor windows like the picture showed. It was very uncomfortable in general.

My Mexican Homestay

The owners of the property are the administrators and made my stay so comfortable. I am an older, single, American woman. The owners treated me like family and helped me find my way around Cuernavaca. The mansion is located right down town but is tucked away on a very large property with tropical vegetation and wildlife. It is quite quiet, peaceful, and private. I liked Cuernavaca and Casa Madero so much that I am going back for an extended stay with my dog.

Great location at a great price. The property is under renovation but is a 10 min into town but feels like it’s a country house with a natural reserve area behind the property. The owners were very helpful and friendly.

El lugar esta muy descuidado, la habitación sin aseo, en el horno de microondas y el frigobar había alimentos del huésped anterior, los clósets no tienen luz, el colchón ya requiere cambio, las almohadas son muy incómodas, las sábanas tenían mal olor y al querer abrir la ventana para orear la habitación había telarañas, no tienden la cama, no limpian la habitación, la pantalla sólo tiene imagen de 6 canales nacionales

Casa y jardín son lindos, pero definitivamente no es un lugar para dormir bien ni descansar

El jardín es muy lindo. El lugar en sí también es atractivo por el estilo de hacienda antigua.

La habitación no contaba con baño propio, eso no se nos notificó al hacer la reserva. Llegando nos dijeron que el baño, que se encontraba afuera de la habitación, sólo lo usaríamos nosotros, pero toda la noche lo estuvieron usando otros huéspedes. A las 5 de la mañana se fue el agua, por lo que unas horas después el baño estaba sucio, no se podía usar, ni bañarse ni nada. La habitación tiene unas ventanas que dan al pasillo y esto la hace muy ruidosa, los huéspedes que estuvieron usando el pasillo y las área comunes hacían mucho ruido, o quizás el ruido normal, pero todo se escuchaba ahí al lado. Entiendo que las habitaciones son sencillas de acuerdo con el precio, pero eso no justifica unos colchones tan horribles, viejos e incomodos, lo mismo que las almohadas. No pude dormir nada y a las 9 de la mañana alguien se puso a podar el pasto con una máquina haciendo tremendo ruido, la señorita del aseo también tenía su música puesta... de manera que si bien se supone que es un hotel para pasar la noche, definitivamente no lo es para descansar.

Las fotografías no coinciden con el lugar porque se muestra limpio y cuidado, cosa que no, el agua de la alberca está turbia y llena de hojas el personal te atiende de mala gana y se te queda viendo feo, pésima experiencia, no la recomiendo

El cuarto no tenía llave no se podía cerrar. Nunca se mencionó qué el baño estaba fuera de la abitacion. Cuando pedí el cambio de cuarto me dijeron qué había otros dos cuartos qué si tenían baño adentró pero que no tenían agua caliente. No me quedé y lo peor es qué me cobraron No realizaron una hoja de registro lo cual me generó mucha desconfianza

La casa es muy grande junto a la piscina. Y cuenta con disponibilidad de hacer una carne asada, jugar con amigos incluso villar. Tiene mucho potencial

Esta muy descuidada todas las instalaciones, el agua de la alberca está helada y tiene muchas pinturas que admirar junto con fotografias tiene bastante potencial para ser un gran hotel , si tuviera mucha difusión y arreglos sobretodo de limpieza en las instalaciones y algunos muebles del jardín

Los espacios exteriores son una chulada el estilo colonial, me toco ir en época de lluvia asi que es evidente que la piscina no estuviera en la mejor presentación y el jardín en si, pero es muy bonito el lugar

Nunca funcionó el control de la t..v tuvimos q subirnos a una silla para encenderla pero de ahí no servía, se reporto en dos ocasiones y no hubo solución, mejor nos dimos por vencidos
