Royal Warsaw Apartment

The apartment was everything I expected and more. The view was amazing, and the location couldn’t have been better. I had friends stop by, and they were genuinely impressed—and a little jealous of how nice it was! Everything worked well during my stay. I had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi, but after contacting the host, it was resolved quickly and without any hassle. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and attractions within easy walking distance, making it a great base for exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the neighborhood.

The only thing potential guests should be aware of is that there are 67 stairs to reach the apartment. It wasn’t a problem for me, but if you have mobility issues, heavy luggage, or simply dislike climbing stairs, it’s something to consider before booking.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The location is right in the historic heart of the Old Town of Warsaw, with stunning surroundings and easy access to cafes, restaurants, and sights. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and as described. The host was excellent, we had a few issues with entry to the locking system, but more user error and they were very helpful, excellent communication.

The pillows could do with an upgrade and the large clock opposite chimes regularly, but at night with the windows closed, it can barely be heard and didn't disturb our sleep, and I'm a light sleeper. There are steps to climb to get to the flat, third floor I think so be prepared, but the views from the windows are worth it.

Great location. Overlooking the square. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bed felt like it was falling apart/ rolling off the bed. Pillows were also terrible. It was very hot in the apartment with only a small fan.
