Excellent location in the heart of Warsaw’s Old Town. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Communication with the host was excellent and she was always willing to help. After my stay, I realized I had lost my AirPods and, although they were not found, she made a genuine effort to help by contacting the housekeeping staff and following up on the matter. The coffee machine and overall facilities made the stay very enjoyable.
One of the photos in the listing showed a washing machine, but the apartment I stayed in did not have one. Since I was staying for several days, I had planned to do some laundry during my trip, so this was a small inconvenience. Other than that, everything was great.

The location.
The TV arrangement with the TV Box was not documented (no instructions) and that led to confusion when the TV Box was malfunctioning.

Great location
Awkward check in process. Instructions sent were unclear. Room is very small, more like a hotel. Double bed was 2 singles together, with separate sheets and duvet. My partner accidentally left her glasses, and when I asked if the host could mail them back and we’d pay postage, they ignored us.
