Die Wohnung ist unglaublich schön und sonnendurchflutet! Die Aussicht ist wirklich einfach etwas ganz besonderes. Man guckt direkt auf dem Königsschloss . Traumhaft schön!

Dużym plusem jest lokalizacja, wnętrze i czystość apartamentu.
Największym minusem jest skrócenie doby o 1/3 !!! Zrozumiałym jest, że apartament musi zostać dokładnie wysprzątany po poprzednich lokatorach, niestety w przypadku tego apartamentu ten czas wynosi aż 6 godzin, co daje 1/3 całości doby. Jeżdżę służbowo i prywatnie po całej Europie i pierwszy raz spotkałem się z tak późną godziną meldunku jaką jest 16:00, a już o 10:00 apartament należy opuścić. W mojej ocenie nie chodzi tylko o czas na sprzątanie, lecz jest to znakomity sposób na obniżenie kosztów eksploatacji mediów i wyposażenia. Dla przykładu takie szybkie przykładowe wyliczenie: 2h dziennie x np. 240 dni w roku = 480h co nam daje 20 pełnych dób oszczędności - prawie 1 m-c gratis.
