La posizione è l'unica cosa che vale.

L'abitazione non è all'altezza del prezzo e degli standard internazionali di ospitalità. Mobili economici, bagni con sanatrix (scarichi forzati, con conseguente invito a buttare la carta igienica nei cestini anziché nel wc), porta di ingresso da chiudere a chiave anche quando si è in casa per mancanza di serratura (quanto può costare montare una porta nuova?!) e sistema di accesso esclusivamente da remoto con diversi sistemi di keybox e smart lock per self check-in...suggerisco un investimento in ferramenta ed empatia per cambiare giudizio, la posizione da sola non basta.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage direkt in der Altstadt und man kam fußläufig gut zu den nahegelegenen Bahnstationen. Zudem hat die Unterkunft zwei Badezimmer, was sehr praktisch war. Das Personal kam uns sehr entgegen, sodass wir früher einchecken und später auschecken konnten.

Η καθαριότητα και η συντήρηση γενικότερα του χωρου θα μπορούσε να είναι και καλύτερη!

The apartment needs renovation. Windows frames were broken and couldn't be closed thoroughly, so basically it caused noise from the street. And it's not only one window. It was in different rooms. No shower gel or soap provided. Cold rooms during the summer and not comfortable beds. Very bad instructions provided on where to find this entrance to the inner garden. No information about high stairs to this inner garden, because if you are with luggage, you have to take it with you, without a lift and without anything. You have to bring it by yourself to the higher stairs. No information that this is an inner city and taxis are not allowed directly to the entrance. So from the nearest drop-off location, you have to walk through stony road, which is not convenient if you have heavy luggage. Yes, the apartment is in the city center, in the inner city, but it's not convenient at all.
